I'm feeling better

 The emotional freedom newsletter

Dear {ToNameFirst}:

A friend of mine plays the stock market. He says that everyone thinks they are supposed to "buy low, sell high", but that never works. He says the real secret is to buy high and sell even higher.

What has that got to do with depression?

We are not in the business of depression, we are in the business of happiness. Like making money on the stock market, you don't have to be low or depressed just so you can improve.  Wherever you are on the ladder to health and wellbeing, nature allows you to feel better.

If you're happy, we have tips to make you even happier - you don't have to be depressed to receive this newsletter.

Visit us at Butterfly Freedom when you're ready to feel better. Our group therapy course is the fun way to wellbeing. We'll be discussing more ways to happiness in future newsletters.

Accent your home with red, pink, yellow and orange.

Research shows that depression may be a result of dysregulation of a number of neurotransmitter systems including dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine to name but a few. You've probably heard of dopamine, which is one of many mood-regulating hormones that we all have.
